Selection and Scholarship Management Committee – COSEGE
• Creation: 2022, through CCD Decision nº 020/2022
• Responsibilities:
i. Ensure compliance with the applicable legislation and this regulation, overseeing its enforcement;
ii. Deliberate on general and specific matters related to PPEAMB scholarships;
iii. Issue opinions on matters related to PPEAMB scholarships;
iv. Select and establish a proposed ranking of eligible candidates for the granting and/or renewal of postgraduate program scholarships, submitting it to the Didactic Coordination Board for approval and final granting; and
v. Continuously monitor the performance of scholarship students, both in terms of their academic performance in the Postgraduate Program and the accuracy of the social inclusion criteria declared by the scholarship holder, as established in the scholarship management regulations, in order to take measures for the maintenance, temporary suspension, or cancellation of scholarships.

Internal Self-Assessment Committee (CIA)
• Creation: 2022, through CCD Decision nº 022/2022
• Responsibilities:
i. Ensure compliance with this Resolution;
ii. Deliberate on general and specific matters related to PPEAMB assessment;
iii. Issue opinions on matters related to PPEAMB assessment;
iv. Coordinate and monitor the development of self-assessment activities;
v. Develop the Assessment Project, defining objectives, strategies, methods – techniques, instruments, analysis procedures, data collection frequency, schedule, resources, implementation team and responsibilities, dissemination of results, and monitoring of results usage;
vi. Provide information, when requested, about the PPEAMB assessment process;
vii. Support and contribute to the Program’s planning process, as well as monitor its development;
viii. Ensure the continuity of the assessment process, fostering a culture of evaluation within the academic community.
